Excellent company to work with. Wayne is courteous, knowledgeable and straight forward. No scare tactics to try to get you to buy something you don’t need. He does a very good job explaining what is causing the issue and how to properly treat and resolve the issue. I recommend giving them a call if you are concerned about mold in your home.

I highly recommend Healthy Air and Sanitation! From start to finish the entire process was handled professionally and thoroughly. Wayne was extremely professional and took the time to do a very detailed air quality test in my home. Before beginning the mold treatment he personally went over the results with me, answered all of my questions, and addressed every concern I had. I never felt rushed or like I was just another customer. Not only was the mold successfully treated, but my air ducts and HVAC system were also sanitized, which gave me even more peace of mind knowing the entire system was being taken care of. One of the things I especially appreciated was that the products used by the company are nontoxic and safe for both children and pets. As someone with both in my home, that was a huge deciding factor for me and made me feel much more comfortable with the treatment. I’m incredibly grateful to finally have the mold gone and to be able to breathe much easier in my own home. The attention to detail, professionalism, and care that went into the entire process really stood out to me.
